About the Role
As KS3 Lead for Science, you will:
- provide leadership for the curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment and student outcomes within KS3 Science.
- Play a pivotal role in securing exceptional Quality of Education through the delivery of an ambitious curriculum, working closely with the Subject Lead
- Strive for high standards of teaching and learning, and strong outcomes for all students
- Champion The Heath Standard of Teaching, promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, and ensure that all learners, including disadvantaged students, students with SEND and other vulnerable groups, are supported to achieve their full potential.
