Sixth Form in the community

Last term the Sixth Form students were very busy fundraising. They all took part in a charity walk in Delamere Forest.

The charity chosen this Year was Reach Sled Dogs. This Charity is based in the North West of England with expansions all over the UK and Ireland through volunteers. They work to rescue and rehome as many sled dogs as they can in the hope to reduce the amount of sled dogs who are abandoned and neglected as result of people not knowing their specific needs.

It was a very cold and successful day and we are very proud of the Sixth Form students in again doing something for the community. We are looking forward to presenting the cheque for the money we have raised to the charity.
